This website (letsgobikeliners.in) is operated by LET'S GO BIKE LINERS, a manufacturer of bike and car accessories based in Tamil Nadu, India.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering a legally binding contract under Indian law to place an order.
3. Products & pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions and availability at any time without prior notice.
- Product images are for representation; actual colour and finish may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.
4. Orders & acceptance
- Submitting an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed only once we accept the order and dispatch it.
- We may cancel any order at our discretion in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or non-serviceable addresses. In such cases, prepaid amounts are refunded in full.
5. Payments
Online payments are processed through Razorpay. Prepaid orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully captured and verified. COD orders may be verified over WhatsApp or call before dispatch.
6. Shipping, returns & cancellations
Shipping timelines, returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including the brand name, logo, product designs, photographs, text and graphics — is the property of LET'S GO BIKE LINERS and is protected under applicable IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without written permission.
8. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an order will not exceed the amount paid by you for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
10. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
